• Orders: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and GST number if you provide one.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Technical data: basic information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the website secure and working well.

Payment information

All payment data is handled and stored by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details. You can read Razorpay's privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, schedule demos and send quotations
• To process, deliver and support your order, including warranty service
• To issue invoices and meet tax and legal obligations
• To send product updates, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to provide our services. This includes Razorpay (payments), courier partners (delivery), our hosting and email providers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Athlete performance data

Performance data recorded with PeakSpot devices belongs to you and your organisation. We access it only when you ask for support, or as agreed with you in writing.

Cookies and third-party services

This website uses only essential technology needed to work. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, for example for tax records. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. To do so, email info@poweredsportstech.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
