1. About us

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. We make every effort to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. If we find an error in the price of an order, we will contact you before processing it. Product images may be illustrative, and specifications may change as we improve our products.

3. Orders and payment

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details. You can pay in full, with a booking advance, or by EMI where available. When you pay a booking advance, the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch. An order is confirmed once payment is received and we confirm it with you. Institutions may also buy against a formal quotation or purchase order.

4. Delivery

We ship within India only. Delivery terms are set out in our shipping & delivery policy.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our refund & cancellation policy.

6. Warranty

PeakSpot I series products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. PeakSpot Pro products are sold with a 3-year subscription, and the price shown covers the full 3 years. Pro products are under warranty for the whole subscription period. All warranties cover defects in materials and manufacturing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repair or modification, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

7. Demo and training

Every system includes an online demo and training session. Additional on-site training can be arranged on request and may be chargeable.

8. Intellectual property

PeakSpot technology is patented. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to Powered Sports Tech and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Use of data and reports

Performance data and reports generated by PeakSpot are provided for training and assessment purposes. They are not a medical diagnosis. Please consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
