In short: We ship within India only. Shipping is free, and delivery takes about 3 weeks from order confirmation. An online demo and training session is included with every system.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses within India. For orders outside India, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders within India. All prices shown on our website include GST.
Delivery timeline
Orders are delivered in about 3 weeks (21 days) from the date your order is confirmed. If you paid a booking advance, the timeline starts once the balance is received. We will tell you if any order is likely to take longer.
Order confirmation and tracking
After payment, you receive a payment confirmation from Razorpay, and our team contacts you to confirm the order, delivery address and installation contact. When your order is dispatched, we share the courier and tracking details by email or phone.
Receiving your order
Please check the package when it arrives. If it is visibly damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and inform us within 48 hours with photos, so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
Online demo and training
Once your system is delivered, we schedule an online demo and training session for your team at no extra cost.
